Warehouse Executive

Warehouse executiveLocation:GoaWarehouse System & Data Management Handle all system related activities in the warehouse, including data entry, transaction posting and updates. Ensure accuracy of stock entries, inward/outward movements and system records. Regularly reconcile physical stock with system data and flag mismatches. Inventory Control & Stock Management Monitor day to day inventory levels to ensure availability of required stock. Support stock counting, cycle counts and inventory audits. Tracking slow moving or excess inventory and report to seniors. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of stock movement.Bulk Order & Supply Coordination Manage bulk orders and bulk supply requirements for labs and export customers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfilment Trace bulk order status and ensure commitment are met. Escalate delays or issues proactively.Chain Customer Management Act as a coordination point for all chain customers from a supply perspective. Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Handle follow-ups and provide updates internally on order status.Process Improvement & IT Coordination Work closely with the IT team to support system improvements and smoother workflows. Identify process gaps, repetitive issues, or inefficiencies in warehouse operations. Share practical improvement suggestions based on day to day work exposureInventory management.Minimum Qualification Any GraduateYears and Nature of Experience 1-3 years of warehouse/inventory/supply chain will be an added advantage
