Location: Singrauli, Tehsil Sarai, Madhya Pradesh (The Project site is approximately 300 Kms from Varanasi and 200 KM from Reva)Reports To: Project ManagerProject: Construction of School and Hospital Building for Miners' Children and FamiliesJob Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Site Engineer to oversee the construction of a school and hospital facility in a rural area, providing essential services to miners' children and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, be able to handle the unique challenges of rural development and ensure high-quality standards, safety, and timely completion of the project.Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee all day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that work progresses according to the approved plan and timeline. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control across all aspects of the project. Construction Management: Manage all phases of the construction process, from site preparation to final building handover. Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Provide technical guidance and resolve any issues with on-site design, materials, or methods. Resource Management: Manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use and avoid delays. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials needed for construction. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Promote a safe working environment and enforce adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries. Ensure the site complies with environmental guidelines and regulations, particularly related to the rural setting. Education: B.Tech /Diploma in Civil EngineeringExperience:  Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer, ideally in the construction of buildings.Prior experience working in rural or underserved areas is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and building codes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction. Personal Attributes: Proactive and solution-oriented. Strong commitment to quality and safety.
