ResponsibilitiesResponsible for implementation/follow policies /procedure/sop Medical surveillance of employees on continual basis. Implement active systems & processes for meeting the statutory / welfare oriented health activities at plant/township. implement and monitoring health care services/ initiatives periodic health surveillance Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines Maintain Soft solutions data Regular rounds in plant to develop new initiatives. Liaison with statutory bodies at local site Accident/incident investigation and follow up of referral cases Provide all emergency services at plant and township on 24*7 basis Provide preventive and curative health care services at plant and township QualificationsExperience Total : Years Essential Qualification: MBBS / AFIH Essential Area of Expertise: Factory Medical Officer
