Manager – CoC Office

ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Chief of Cluster (CoC) office for Coal Mining operations Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of learning and growth Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness QualificationsEducation Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any engineering (Mining Graduate preferred) Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience with Coal Mining industry knowledge / experience. Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role Proven track record of successful project management and operational optimization
