Broadcasting on 89.6 FM, Urja Radio offers community-driven content such as local news, cultural programs, educational shows, and interactive sessions. It serves as the voice of the community, providing a unique platform for diverse voices and community engagement.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singrauli for a Manager - Business Development and Advertisements. The day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, fostering partnerships, creating and executing advertising strategies, and increasing revenue through effective ad and sponsorship sales. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align business and advertising goals with station programming and community objectives.Qualifications Expertise in business development, partnership-building, and client relationship management Proven skills in advertising sales, and marketing strategy. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical skills for market research, project planning, and performance evaluation Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Relevant experience in the media or radio industry is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
