Our lean and mean operations enable us to create a wide variety of work, and through the success of our projects, we have been moving forward using every opportunity as a stepping stone.Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including static images, infographics, presentations, and other print/digital design elements essential for our content. Visual Enhancements: Design and prepare necessary graphic assets, titles, and visual effects (including light motion graphics) to support marketing and video content. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and ensure all output maintains consistency with our brand messaging and visual identity. Design Integrity: Ensure all final design files are accurately prepared for various output needs (web, print, social media). Trends & Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, visual communication, and typography, bringing fresh ideas and techniques to our projects.Education/Skill Requirements: Preferably have a Degree & Diploma in PGDM/Mass Communication Degree/Diploma or any Bachelor from a Government-recognized institution. A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual communication. Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, visual storytelling, and typography. Excellent creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design ideas.
