Our goal is to create functional and visually stunning spaces that people truly enjoy and cherish.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in site execution and construction management across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government projects.The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Consultancy firms, PMC, or Architectural firms, and demonstrate strong coordination capabilities between design and execution teams.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for smooth project execution• Act as a link between Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure design alignment and resolve conflicts• Review architectural drawings, GFC drawings, and ensure execution as per design intent• Identify and resolve design discrepancies through coordination meetings• Track and manage drawing revisions, approvals, and documentation flow• Ensure site execution aligns with architectural aesthetics, specifications, and detailing• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and technical documentation• Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues to avoid delaysRequired Qualifications & Skills:• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering• 8–10 years of experience in construction and site management• Experience across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government projects• Prior experience with Consultancy / PMC / Architectural firms preferred• Strong understanding of drawings, detailing, and interdisciplinary coordination• Good communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills:• Experience in handling multi-disciplinary coordination• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Ability to manage timelines and site challenges efficiently
