Branch Head-Sales

Job Role: - Managing the entire Retail and Banking distribution channel for Siliguri - Engaging with Corporate clients and manage corporate distribution/ sales - Manage direct selling so as to mobilize revenue growth - Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts - Enlarge the scope of existing client relationships and penetrate deeper into the clients financial management - Independently engage with the top management/ decision makers of prospective and existing clients - Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill - Responsible for branch IR & DS activities with the help of office staff / trainee Requirements - Job Requirements: - Around 6-12 years of relevant sales experience - Should possess skills and expertise in the areas of sales, product, client relations etc. - Proven track record of client value creation - Exemplary communication and client engagement skills Educational qualifications – MBA- Sales & Marketing
