Today, Rollick is present in 15 states and has plans to soon be available pan India.website: SiliguriUpto - 5LInterested candidate please share your updated resume: jakir.hussen@Sales Officer – FMCGKey Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Manage distributor and retailer networks. - Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market. - Handle order booking, billing, and collections. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. - Execute trade promotions, schemes, and offers. - Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists. - Ensure proper merchandising and FIFO in stores. - Prepare daily sales reports and share with management.Requirements:- Minimum 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience. - Good knowledge of local market and distribution network. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to meet targets and handle fieldwork. - Own two-wheeler preferred.
