Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Management Faculty based in Siliguri. The faculty member will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive course content, fostering creativity and innovation in students, and preparing them for successful careers in event management. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures, curating curriculum materials, guiding students in project-based learning, and staying updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights. Additionally, the faculty member will play a significant role in mentoring students and collaborating with peers for the development and enhancement of academic programs. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Organizational Behavior and Curriculum Development. Proven expertise in University Teaching methodologies and Research practices. Experience in Marketing with insights into event industry trends and strategies. Ability to guide and mentor students while fostering creative and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Master’s degree in Event Management or a related field. Relevant professional experience or certifications in event management are a plus.
