Department:Admissions Reporting to:Admissions Director Location:Siliguri, West Bengal Salary:As per experience,Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per monthAbout the Company MIT Art, Design and Technology University (MIT ADT), Pune, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive cum Admission Counsellor to join our regional admissions teams in Siliguri, West Bengal.About the Role As a Marketing Executive cum Admission Counsellor, you will be the face of the university in your region, playing a critical role in guiding students and parents through one of the most important decisions of their lives.Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach:Actively engage in field marketing activities, including the distribution of brochures and promotional materials at strategic locations, schools, and coaching centers. Tele-Counseling:Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads to explain various program offerings and USPs of MIT ADT University. In-Office Counseling:Greet and assist walk-in inquiries at the regional office, providing detailed information regarding courses, eligibility, and the application process. Query Resolution:Act as the primary point of contact for resolving admission-related doubts via phone, email, or in person. Data Management:Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions using Microsoft Excel. Presentation:Assist in regional seminars or webinars using PowerPoint to showcase the university’s infrastructure and placement records.Qualifications Education:Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream). Experience:Previous experience in education marketing or sales is a plus, but freshers with high energy are welcome to apply. Language Skills:Must be fluent in local language(Bengali, Nepali & Hindi)to effectively communicate with parents and local stakeholders. Tech Savvy:Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for lead tracking) and PowerPoint (for presentations). Flexibility:Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during the peak admission season (typically March to August).Required Skills Strong interpersonal and "people-first" attitude. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and targets.
