Job Description We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior designer/Architect with a minimum of 10 years experience with excellent knowledge in the field of interior design, and with an excellent track record of designing and executing projects. The candidate must be able to take the complete ownership of the projects assigned and bring them from concept to realization. Responsibilities A. Design Development: 1. Lead the creation of detailed design plans, layouts & complete set of technical drawing documentation. 2. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to meet aesthetic and functional needs. B. Team Leadership & Collaboration: 1. Supervise and mentor junior designers, interns, and assistants. 2. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and executed as planned. 3. Collaborate with project managers/Site managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution. C. Project Management: 1. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. 2. Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings. 3. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. 4. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction or installation phases. D. Vendor & Contractor Management: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors. 2. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best quality and prices for materials. 3. Ensure that contractors and suppliers adhere to project timelines. Candidate Profile Good at multitasking and possessing a pleasant personality. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Interior design industry Self-motivated and energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach Willingness to travel anywhere to take charge of projects Ownership attitude, good coordinating skills, and an eye for detail Plan any given work efficiently and execute well in order to meet deadlines Office Timings 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM; Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
