Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual trade sales targets in the assigned territory. Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers. Generate secondary sales and monitor distributor performance. Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, competition, and opportunities. Execute trade marketing and promotional activities. Ensure timely payment collections and maintain credit discipline. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely product delivery. Prepare and share sales reports and forecasts with the Regional Sales Head. Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). Experience: 8-10 years of experience in trade/channel sales (Cement, Building Materials, or FMCG sector preferred). SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local market (Silchar / Agartala). Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools. Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
