Job Title: Venue Commanding OfficerExp Range : 2 to 5 YrsLocation : Agartala, Silchar,Jorhat,Leh*****Even Though this role requires knowledge of English, fluency or expertise is not a must. If the associate is found meeting all other requirements and can demonstrate his knowledge about operational aspects, then we should go ahead***.Reports to: Hub Operations ManagerResponsibilities:Monitoring and Managing Operational Activities of the VenueDrive Venue team to achieve assigned objectives as per timelineReview & ensure 100% preparedness of the venue for flawless deliveryReview and ensure Policy ComplianceReviewing and reporting on daily Risk/ Issues/ Performance parameters/ pre-defined parametersReviewing measures to achieve 100% process adherenceAttending briefing sessions to take download on the compliance & project related information/ parameters, as per the scheduleResolve operational and other technical issues at the venue with guidance from concerned teams & stakeholdersMaintain communication with all relevant teams on a regular basis prior to, during & post examManage the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations as per requirementEnsure that delivery is in line with key performance indicators, security policies, governance requirements and customer expectationsMonitor, support and guide team members on ground to ensure compliance with all requirementsManage risk for all of the services at the venue on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues & the actions being taken to mitigate the risk/ issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirementsRequirements:Around 2 3 years of experience in Operations/Business/Service DeliveryGood hands-on experience of Microsoft office (XL, PPT and Word etc)Strong communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAble to travel 70% 80% of the timeAbility to work with cross functional teamsAttention to DetailSelf-motivated and ready to work extended hoursEnthusiastic and pleasant personalityQuick LearnerFlexible working over weekends and for extended working hoursReporting to Exam Venue 3 hours before the exam start time (Majority of the time at 6 AM)Open to work in 6 days a week work model with flexible weekly offSkills Needed:Strong People Management & Team Building SkillsGood written and verbal communicationStrong Interpersonal SkillsStrong Presentation SkillsStrong Analytical skills
