Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer or Executive Production located in Sikkim, India. The role involves overseeing daily production operations, ensuring compliance with quality control standards, training staff, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The Senior Officer or Executive will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to streamline production activities and ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Food Industry skills Experience in Training and Research Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
