We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Lead IT Operations to manage and oversee IT infrastructure and operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center management, infrastructure monitoring, and team leadership. Job Role: Site Lead IT Operations Experience Required: 5 to 10 yearsLocation: Ahmedabad Sikkim Key Areas of Responsibility: Infrastructure Operations & Monitoring (Servers, Storage, LAN/WAN) Data Center Operations Backup & Recovery Management Site IT Operations (Incident Resolution, EDR/Antivirus, Patching) Key Responsibilities: Server Administration and LAN/WAN Maintenance User & Device Management, Alert Configuration Operation of IT Tools: ManageEngine, PRTG Veritas / Veeam / DataProtector CrowdStrike EDR, CyberArk PAM ITSM Processes: Asset, Ticket, Problem, Incident & Change Management Ensure Pharma IT Compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV) Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of independent IT Operations management experience Expertise in Data Center infrastructure including Rack & Blade Servers, Robotic Tape Libraries, WiFi Controllers Strong team leadership skills (managing ~5 desk-side support engineers) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proactive approach to infrastructure maintenance
