Job Title: Store Manager –Packaging Material SpecialistLocation: Manda, Sikar,Rajasthan.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in dairy manufacturing and specialization in packaging materials. The role involves overseeing store operations, managing inventory (especially packaging materials), ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting uninterrupted production through efficient material planning and control.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory ManagementManage end-to-end store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.Maintain optimal inventory levels of packaging materials such as bottles, pouches, cartons, caps, labels, and laminates.Implement FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for perishable and sensitive materials.2. Packaging Material ExpertiseHandle procurement coordination, storage, and quality checks of packaging materials.Monitor consumption trends and minimize wastage of packaging materials.Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure packaging materials meet food safety and regulatory standards.3. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate records in ERP systems (GRN, stock registers, issue slips, etc.).Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and other relevant standards.Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.4. Coordination & PlanningWork closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.Plan material availability based on production schedules.Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of packaging materials.5. Team ManagementSupervise store staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.Train team members on handling and storage of dairy-related materials and packaging items.6. Cost & Waste ControlIdentify opportunities for cost reduction in packaging material usage.Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Dairy Technology, or related field.12 – 15  years of experience in store management within dairy or FMCG manufacturing.Mandatory experience in handling and managing packaging materials.Strong knowledge of packaging materials used in dairy industry.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).Understanding of food safety and hygiene standard
