The responsibilities include engaging with prospective students to provide career counseling and guide them through course selection. The role will also involve addressing academic inquiries, conducting student assessments and follow-ups, and assisting in the promotion and expansion of BIA’s programs to grow the student base. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the campus’s growth objectives is a key aspect of this position.QualificationsProficiency in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic AdvisingStrong Communication skills to connect effectively with students and stakeholdersExperience or understanding of the education and training landscapePrior experience in business development or similar roles in the education industry is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related fieldExperience in high ticket course like Data science and Cybersecurity, selling is preferred
