Seeking Fractional CTO Partner (Company / CTO-as-a-Service Firm) Initial 1 Month Engagement (Extendable) ₹4000/hour Equity Option Yuga AI is an AI ed tech start-up building what we envision as the world’s first truly personalized and interactive AI-powered EdTech platform, with a strong ambition to become India’s first AI technology unicorn in education. We are now entering a critical scaling phase and are looking to partner with an experienced CTO-as-a-Service company / Fractional CTO firm to strengthen our technology foundation. Overview: We are looking for a technology partner (not an individual hire) who can work alongside our in-house team and provide strategic and architectural leadership. Scope of Work: Our internal team (AI engineers + full-stack developers) is already in place. Your role will focus on: - Defining technology strategy & long-term roadmap - Designing scalable system architecture for 7-digit user growth - Guiding infrastructure setup, optimization & scaling - Establishing robust QA and engineering best practices - Supporting R&D direction (AI models, avatars, learning systems) - Providing technical governance and oversight - Assisting in performance, security, and reliability readiness Engagement Terms: ₹4000/hour (initial 1-month engagement) Extendable based on outcomes and collaboration fit Equity participation will be considered for long-term strategic involvement
