The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting property options, and building relationships with clients, thus generating business for the comapny.Day-to-day responsibilities include networking, generating leads, leading property visits, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The candidate will also collaborate with the internal team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and stay up-to-date on market trends.QualificationsProficiency in sales, client relationship management, and developing customer-specific property proposalsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct market research, analyze property trends, and generate leadsOrganized, self-motivated, and results-drivenProficient in using CRM tools and basic software for sales and reportingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related fieldExperience in the real estate sector or knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR property markets is a plusWillingness to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits
