Location: Remote, IndiaDepartment: MarketingReports To: Canadian EntityAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to drive our brand presence, product storytelling, and digital growth in the process instrumentation and automation space. This role blends technical marketing, visual design, and digital execution to support our products, engineers, sales teams, and customers across industrial markets.You will translate complex instrumentation solutions—such as flow, pressure, level, temperature, gas detection, and water quality measurement—into compelling visuals, campaigns, and digital content that resonate with engineers, plant managers, and decision-makers.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, and industry platformsManage company website content, landing pages, SEO basics, and analyticsCreate and schedule social media content, technical blogs, and success stories with a strong engineering and industrial focusSupport product launches, technical campaigns, and thought leadership initiativesTrack campaign performance and prepare basic analytics and performance reportsGraphic Design & Visual ContentDesign marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, manuals, presentations (PowerPoint – 16:9), infographics, and case studiesCreate technical graphics and illustrations for instrumentation applications (tanks, pipelines, processes, applications, plants, sensors, etc.).Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print assetsDesign visuals for trade shows, webinars, email campaigns, and social mediaCollaborate with engineering and sales teams to visually communicate technical concepts clearlyContent & Brand SupportAssist with technical content creation (product highlights, application notes, explainer visuals)Support internal branding initiatives and employer brandingCoordinate with external vendors, printers, or digital agencies when requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design (B2B or industrial sector preferred)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience with PowerPoint presentation design for technical audiencesWorking knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email marketing tools, and basic SEOAbility to understand and simplify technical or engineering conceptsPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience in industrial, automation, instrumentation, or engineering companiesBasic understanding of process industries (oil & gas, water & wastewater, food, building material, chemical, power, manufacturing)Video editing or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)Key CompetenciesStrong visual storytelling with a technical mindsetAttention to detail and brand consistencyAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCollaborative, proactive, and self-drivenComfortable working with engineers, sales, and leadership teamsWhy Join UsWork with innovative process instrumentation and automation technologiesOpportunity to shape and grow a technical brand in global industrial marketsCollaborative environment combining engineering precision and creative freedomLong-term growth and learning opportunities in a specialized industryRemote work opportunity with flexible timingsCompetitive salary
