As APAC’s highest-rated digital agency, First Page has seen insane growth and won numerous awards over the past 3 years.The Role:We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own full-funnel paid media execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, and account managers to turn business objectives into campaigns that deliver real results.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.What You’ll Do:Planning & SetupInterpret briefs and translate them into structured media plansBuild and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok AdsEnsure clean setup: targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and trackingTracking & MeasurementWork with GA4 and GTM for pixel, event and conversion trackingEnsure accurate data flow and troubleshoot tracking issues where neededOptimisation & ManagementMonitor campaign performance daily (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPL)Conduct A/B tests on audiences, creatives and bidding strategiesIdentify optimisation opportunities and implement improvementsAlign creatives with performance goals by collaborating with design & content teamsReporting & InsightsBuild performance reports in Looker Studio or similar toolsShare weekly/monthly insights and next-step recommendationsPresent results to internal team and account managers (clients when required)Requirements:2–3 years hands-on experience running paid ads (agency preferred)Strong execution skills across Google Ads + Meta AdsExperience with TikTok Ads is a bonus (not mandatory)Comfortable with GA4, GTM, and data interpretationAnalytical and detail-oriented — you care about accuracyAble to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlinesCommunicates clearly with both internal teams and clientsGoogle Ads or Meta certification is a plusSuccess in this Role Means:Owning campaigns end-to-end with zero setup errors.Meeting or exceeding ROAS and efficiency targets.Producing actionable insights that lead to measurable improvements.Demonstrating initiative, accountability, and forward-thinking optimisation.Interview ProcessApplication reviewFirst interview (HR/Hiring Manager)Technical interview or short assessmentFinal interview with Team Lead/LeadershipOffer
