This role is dedicated to the drafting, review, and management of legal documentation for the firm's global client engagements. The position requires a solid grounding in English Corporate Law and a thorough understanding of commercial legal instruments, with particular focus on confidentiality, non-compete, and mandate agreements across international jurisdictions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Draft, review, and manage client mandate agreements, engagement letters, and advisory contracts across all active marketsPrepare and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreements (NCNDAs) for domestic and international clientsDevelop and maintain standardised templates, clause libraries, and negotiation frameworks across jurisdictionsMaintain a centralised repository of all executed legal documents, ensuring version control and timely renewal of agreementsLiaise with senior relationship managers and clients to ensure legal documentation accurately reflects agreed commercial termsIdentify and flag legal risks, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in existing or proposed agreementsSupport the firm's compliance function by ensuring all client documentation meets applicable regulatory and legal standardsCoordinate with external legal counsel where required for complex cross-border or jurisdiction-specific mattersTrack the status of all pending, executed, and expired agreements, proactively following up on renewals and outstanding signaturesEnsure timely turnaround of legal documents in line with deal and business priorities with coordinated follow up internally and with external stakeholders.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Law (LLB); a postgraduate qualification in Corporate or Commercial Law is an advantage2–4 years of experience in legal documentation, contract drafting, or a paralegal role, preferably within a financial services, investment banking, or corporate advisory environment with good commercial understanding.Strong knowledge of English Corporate Law, contract law principles, and commercial legal documentationDemonstrated experience drafting NDAs, NCNDAs, mandate agreements, and other client-facing legal instrumentsExcellent drafting skills with meticulous attention to language, structure, and legal precisionStrong command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate complex legal positions clearly to non-legal stakeholdersHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential client informationKEY SKILLSContract Drafting ,NDA / NCNDA ,Mandate Agreements, English Corporate Law, Legal Document Management, Compliance , Cross-border Transactions , Commercial Law How to Apply : Interested candidates may share their resume at:
