Ad-Nano produces high-quality conductive inks, including Carbon Nanotube, Graphene, and Graphite conductive inks, which are extensively used in industrial sectors and research and development programs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-house Patent Agent located in Shimoga. The Patent Agent will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, conducting patentability searches, and ensuring compliance with patent laws. They will handle tasks related to the protection of intellectual property, collaborate with product development teams, and assist in analyzing technological innovations for potential patent opportunities. Qualifications Skills in Patent Preparation and drafting patent applicationsExperience with Patent Applications and filing processesKnowledge of Patent Law and associated legal frameworksExpertise in conducting Patentability assessments and Patent SearchingExcellent analytical and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyRelevant experience in the nanotechnology or materials sciences sector is a plusA registered Patent Agent with a recognized patent authority is preferred
