Hiring Critical Manufacturing Backend Developer.

The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, and have significant experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), such as CM MES, SAP ME, Siemens OpCenter, or Discrete MES. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend solutions that support manufacturing operations and drive digital transformation in an industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement backend solutions using .NET technologies and C# programming language.Build and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.Integrate and maintain MES systems, including CM MES, SAP ME, Siemens OpCenter, and Discrete MES, to support manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, QA, manufacturing engineers) to deliver end-to-end manufacturing solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing backend applications and MES integrations.Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and maintain documentation for backend processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards, IT security policies, and manufacturing regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development using .NET and C#.Proven expertise with SQL Server: database design, writing complex queries, performance tuning, and administration.Hands-on experience implementing and supporting MES solutions, with familiarity in one or more of CM MES, SAP ME, Siemens OpCenter, or Discrete MES.Understanding of manufacturing processes and digital factory concepts.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with other manufacturing IT systems (ERP, SCADA, PLC integration) is a plus.
