Greetings from Sanmar Group!We have an opportunity for Talent Acquisition ( Team Lead) role for our team based at Corporate office, Chennai.Looking for candidates with 9 - 14 years of experience in core recruitment (Preferrably from Manufacturing industry)Qualificaiton : MBA/MSW Full timeResponsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workforce, ensuring SLA adherence and diversity hiring.Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HRBPs to develop resourcing plans and align hiring strategies with business goals.Oversee Onboarding & Talent Admin: Ensure seamless onboarding experience and manage operational delivery of learning programs through dashboards and automation.Coach & Develop Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development within the team.
