Mechanical Supervisor

We're a continuous, fully automated oleo-chemical refinery based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan with a yearly production capacity of 16,000 MTs.We've currently a team of 2 Senior fitters + 3 Junior fitters.We're looking for someone to lead the Mechanical department, undertake preventive maintenance, ensure proper documentation & reduce breakdown days.Regular shift for Mechanical supervisor would be 10 Hours, 26 Days a month.We've a 8 TPH Boiler, 200 KCal TF, DCT, CCT, Vacuum system & Around 70 other pumps across all sections in the refinery.Accommodation is in company's scope in a colony 2 Kms from the factory, with supermarket, restaurants & shops for all daily essentials and transport nearby. City is 25-30 Minutes from the factory and easily accessible.For people moving in with family, school buses pickup and drop from the colony.Looking for someone who's got the right blend of motivation & experience, and wants to grow further in his career.
