It involves managing tenant relationships, overseeing financial planning and expense control, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and supporting marketing efforts through property tours and promotion of amenities. The objective is to maintain the property’s value, minimize risk, and drive long-term occupancy and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant RelationsHandle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes.Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term occupancy.Financial ManagementPrepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.Monitor operating expensesMaintenance & OperationsOversee building maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Legal & ComplianceStay updated on zoning laws, building codes, and lease regulations.Manage risk, insurance, and legal disputes.Handle eviction processes when necessary.Marketing & OccupancyConduct property tours and highlight amenities.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business or engineeringExperience: 10 years + Prior work property management +Certifications: CPM (Certified Property Manager)Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and contracts.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.Analytical skills for budgeting and investment planning.Leadership and organizational abilities.Why SODEXO:Healthy Work-Life BalanceLeadership DevelopmentGlobal Career OpportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationInclusive CultureCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits
