Senior Workday Consultant

One of our clients is looking for a Workday Senior Configuration Consultant with expertise in Learning, Time & Absence, and Reporting modules.Role Overview: The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting Workday modules related to Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Custom Reporting.Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Workday modules: Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Custom Reports.Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production releases.Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth operations.Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of Workday experience.Strong hands-on experience in: Workday Learning, Time & Absence, Workday Reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields).Strong understanding of HR operational processes.Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.Preferred Skills:Workday certification in relevant modules.Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
