Client Services Team Lead100% remote, equipment will be providedBangalore and Hyderabad locations (Only)M-FSalary: 7 lakh per annum (Depending on experience)Internet reimbursement (Monthly)FunctionsThe CS Team Lead will contribute to theprofessionalism of AgileOne by consistently setting the example and directing the team toachieve a high level of customer service to the client, suppliers, and contingent workers.Provide daily direction to the Client Services Professionals and communication to the teamsurrounding coordination of tasks, customer-specific processes, procedures, andrequirements.Suggest process improvement opportunities to management. Ensureemployees have proper training and other resources to perform their jobs.Identify employeeissues and work with management to resolve.Work with management on any disciplinary orperformance issues. Provide feedback from the team to leadership as needed.In addition, they will provide guidance to client and direct reports which includes but is notlimited to; general human resources issues, risk management, employee classification,contingent staffing solutions, supplier management best practices, AgileOne full time hiringprocesses, talent acquisition program and associated technologies.
