Job Title: National Crane Team Member Location: Bangalore, India/Remote Company: LMJ InnovationsOur client Amentum is seeking a National Crane Team Member to support crane operations across 11 AT&T markets, data center projects, and Verizon sites. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant crane coordination from planning through project completion. You’ll serve as the key link between the National Crane Provider and Construction Management Team—balancing safety, scheduling, and financial priorities.What You’ll DoCoordinate crane requests and ensure compliance with national rate structures.Partner with Construction Managers and the National Crane Provider on pre-construction planning, safety, and logistics.Track crane operations through the entire lifecycle—from request to closeout.Manage requisitions, purchase orders, and financial approvals.Support and mentor construction teams on crane-related procedures.Report operational metrics and maintain compliance with company and client safety standards.What You’ll Bring2+ years of telecommunications construction management experience, especially with crane work.Strong understanding of telecom SOWs and on-site safety.Proficiency in MS Office, PeopleSoft, and Smartsheets.Active OSHA 30 certification required.Experience in supply chain management preferred.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Should be able to work in US Central Time zoneJoin us and help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality crane operations that power telecom infrastructure nationwide.
