Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in the events, experiential marketing, or event technology space. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting Lazulite’s expansion into Indian and international markets — working remotely from India with hybrid engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage prospective clients in the events, experiential activations, exhibitions, and AR/VR event technology sectors.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline — qualifying leads, pitching solutions, and driving deals through to closure.Client Relationship: Build strong relationships with event agencies, brand teams, experiential marketers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.Proposals & Presentations: Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with client needs and project goals.Market Research: Understand industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing models, and technology adoption within experiential and hybrid events.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (creative, production, project management) to ensure accurate scoping and delivery commitments.Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, performance reports, and insights to the leadership team.Who We’re Looking ForIdeal Candidate Profile:2+ years experience in business development, sales, or client management within events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, brand activations, or event technology domains.Strong understanding of the events ecosystem, experiential campaigns, technology integrations (AR/VR, interactive installations) and how they drive commercial value.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup while coordinating cross-region execution.Familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms, presentation tools).A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with passion for driving business growth.What You’ll GetOpportunity to work with a fast-growing experiential tech company operating across the UAE, GCC & global markets.Flexible remote/hybrid work model with regular collaboration with regional teams.Exposure to cutting-edge event technologies and premium client portfolios.Competitive salary with performance incentives.Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience with AR/VR, interactive tech, immersive event solutions or portfolio work with experiential event campaigns.Existing network in the events and marketing ecosystem.Knowledge of modern events sales cycles, RFQs, pitches, and RFP processes.How to ApplyEmail your resume and portfolio to: [your HR email]Subject Line: Business Development Executive – Events & Experiential Marketing
