Proven expertise in system configuration, workflows, reporting, migration, and business process alignment to deliver scalable and compliant PLM solutions.Responsibilities:Lead and support Infor Optiva implementation and configuration across multiple business functions.Configure Optiva modules including Items, Formulations, Specifications, Certificates, and Workflows to meet business requirements.Design and configure custom wizards to enhance usability, improve data visibility, and enable efficient filtering and reporting.Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.Technical Skills : VBScript for customization and configuration
