Graphic Designer Signage Bids (US Projects)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with experience in preparing signage bids for US-based projects. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting architectural drawings and bid documents, developing compliant signage proposals, and ensuring alignment with U.S. standards and client specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret US project drawings, RFPs, BOQs, and bid packagesPrepare signage bid submissions including layouts, message schedules, and specificationsDevelop design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project requirementsEnsure compliance with U.S. signage standards such as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), International Building Code (IBC), and local city codesCoordinate with estimation, sales, and production teams for accurate bid submissionsPrepare take-offs and assist in quantity estimation where requiredMaintain organized documentation and version control for all bidsRevise designs and proposals based on client feedbackRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field2–5 years of experience in signage design and bid/tender preparation (US projects preferred)Strong knowledge of signage systems (wayfinding, ADA signage, exterior signage, etc.)Familiarity with U.S. regulations including ADA guidelines for accessibilityProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAWAbility to read architectural and construction drawingsStrong attention to detail and deadline management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with U.S.-based clients or time zonesKnowledge of signage fabrication materials and installation practicesExposure to estimation tools or cost analysisExperience with wayfinding systems and environmental graphicsExperience Required2–5 years
