Position: UX & Graphic Designer Location: RemoteAbout the RoleThis role sits right at the intersection of UX thinking and visual design. You’ll design experiences that look good and work well. From wireframes to high-fidelity visuals, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to build user-focused, conversion-driven digital experiences.If you think in flows and aesthetics - this one’s for you.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and improve UI/UX for e-commerce websites, with a strong focus on usability and visual clarity.Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent and product improvements.Design responsive web layouts for PDPs, category pages, and landing pages.Develop visually engaging assets including landing pages, banners, infographics, and web graphics.Create marketing creatives such as email templates, social media assets, ads, and Amazon catalog visuals.Optimize product imagery for performance, accessibility, and consistency across platforms.Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while enhancing the overall user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are both user-centric and business-aligned.Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Design, UX, Graphic Design, or a related field.1+ years of experience in a role involving both UX/UI and visual design (e-commerce experience is a big plus).Strong understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and conversion-focused design.Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Solid portfolio showcasing UX thinking + visual execution (not just static creatives).Familiarity with current web and mobile design trends.Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and a genuine obsession with good design.Interested?
