In addition to stand construction, we offer services such as graphic designs, furniture hire, AV supply, stand cleaning, local storage, and obtaining approvals from organizers for electrical and technical drawings.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for an Senior Exhibition Production and Operations Manager. The Exhibition Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of exhibition projects from conception to completion. This includes overseeing the design and construction of exhibition stands, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of each project. The Exhibition Manager will also be responsible for attending industry events and staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the exhibition space.QualificationsProject management skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of exhibition industry trends and best practicesExperience in exhibition stand construction and event managementProficiency in relevant software and tools (AutoCAD, 3D Design, SketchUp, etc.)
