Accounts Payable (AP) AssociateLocation: India (Remote)Department: Finance & AccountingRole OverviewThe AP Associate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing payment runs, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records. This role is essential to ensuring Napster's vendors and partners are paid accurately and on time, supporting the company's strong vendor relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness in the ERP systemMatch purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way matching)Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies promptlyPrepare and process weekly/bi-weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks)Maintain vendor master data and ensure proper documentation is on fileReconcile vendor statements and AP aging reports on a regular basisAssist with month-end close activities including AP accruals and expense reportingEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the AP functionCoordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Legal, Operations) for invoice approvalsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field2–4 years of experience in an accounts payable or general accounting roleExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with TDS deductions and GST compliance for vendor payments in IndiaExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to manage vendor relationships professionallyExperience in a global or US-based company environment is preferredBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Health Benefits: Comprehensive Group Medical Insurance covering employees and their dependents, along with Group Personal Accident (GPA) coverage for employees.Parental Leave: Paid maternity and paternity leave in accordance with company policy along with Baby Bonus.Our CultureImpact: Play a crucial role in our growth journey.Culture: Join a vibrant team valuing creativity and collaboration.Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Reward: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.Ready to shape our future?
