Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant HR Head to lead all human resources and administrative functions within the plant. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and plant security operations. The successful candidate will drive HR strategies, foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance, and manage cross-departmental initiatives. Additionally, the role includes overseeing external relations and public relations efforts to support organizational goals.Location: KutehrKey Responsibilities:HR & Administration: ·Recruitment and Selection:Manage the recruitment process for plant employees, ensuring that policies and practices align with the plant’s operational and organizational needs. ·Employee Relations:Oversee discipline, grievance procedures, and counseling to maintain a productive and positive work environment at the plant. · Training & Development:Design and implement continuous learning opportunities to develop employees’ skills and enhance their performance. · Succession Planning & Motivation:Identify and prepare potential future leaders, and keep employees motivated and engaged in their roles. · Health & Wellbeing:Develop wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee health and create a balanced work-life culture. · Performance Management System (PMS):Maintain an effective PMS to track employee performance and encourage continuous improvement.Plant Administration & Security: · Oversee all plant administrative functions, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the plant. · Lead the management of plant security systems, including access control, surveillance, and monitoring of entry/exit points. · Develop and implement emergency response protocols, including fire, medical, and disaster management plans for the plant. · Ensure regular risk assessments are conducted, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective measures. · Manage security incidents, incidents of theft or vandalism, and report any security breaches. · Collaborate with local authorities on security matters, compliance, and emergency response.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: · Work closely with department heads to ensure HR strategies are in line with the plant's goals and objectives. · Foster transparency and communication between HR, leadership, and employees to maintain alignment with the company's vision.External Relations & Public Relations: · Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities, media, and community organizations. · Develop and implement communication strategies that highlight the plant’s role and align with corporate messaging.Qualifications: · Education:Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred. · Experience:Minimum of 15 years in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. · Knowledge:Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR software tools.Skills: · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build relationships across the plant. · Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and develop.Additional Attributes: · Ability to work independently and effectively within a team. · High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. · Results-driven, proactive, and focused on achieving plant and organizational goals
