Job Title:Admission Manager – Himachal Pradesh Organization:Chandigarh University Location:Himachal Pradesh Reporting To:Zonal Manager / Head – Admissions Role Overview The Admission Manager will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing regional outreach activities, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes across Himachal Pradesh to achieve enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Admissions & Revenue Targets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets. Manage complete admission lifecycle from lead generation to enrollment. Ensure high conversion rates through effective counselling. 2. Outreach & Lead Generation Plan and execute school visits, seminars, education fairs, and career counseling sessions. Build and maintain strong networks with school principals, counselors, and influencers. Generate quality leads through both on-ground and digital initiatives. 3. Relationship Management Develop long-term partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and educational consultants. Represent the university in the assigned territory as a brand ambassador. 4. Team Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (tele-calling, digital marketing, campus teams). Support and guide counselors to improve conversions. 5. Market Intelligence Track competitor activities, admission trends, and student preferences. Provide regular feedback to management for strategy improvement. 6. Reporting & MIS Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics. Key Requirements Education Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) Experience 8-10 years in admissions, sales, or education marketing Prior experience in universities or higher education preferred Skills Required Strong communication & presentation skills Target-oriented and result-driven mindset Excellent networking and relationship-building ability Willingness to travel extensively within Himachal Pradesh Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools(LSQ, Merito, Salesforce)
