The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic mentoring while supporting the institute’s mission of creating industry-ready management professionals.Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in BBA and MBA programs - Prepare and deliver lectures, case studies, presentations, and practical sessions - Develop course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation methods as per Outcome-Based Education (OBE) - Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities - Participate in curriculum development and academic planning - Contribute to research publications, conferences, FDPs, and seminars - Support student mentoring, academic advising, and placement initiatives - Participate in institutional activities, accreditation processes, and quality initiatives (NAAC/AICTE/UGC guidelines) - Assist in organizing guest lectures, workshops, industry visits, and management eventsEligibility Criteria- MBA / PGDM in Management in relevant specialization (Marketing / Finance / HR / Operations / Business Analytics or related fields) - NET / Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms - Strong academic background and good communication skills - Teaching experience in BBA/MBA programs will be preferred - Research publications or industry experience will be considered an added advantageDesired Skills- Ability to use modern teaching methods, case-based learning, and digital learning platforms - Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills - Interest in research, consultancy, and academic development activitiesCompensationSalary will be commensurate with qualifications and teaching experience, as per institutional norms.How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated CV to:jobs@hr@+91 96713 00918Location: Himalayan Institute of Management Studies, Kala Amb, District Sirmaur (HP)
