TheManager – Office of International Affairswill be responsible for the effective management and optimization of goals set by the Office of International Affairs for the campus. The role supports the university’s internationalization strategy through strong stakeholder engagement, marketing, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of theinternational education sector , along with strongmarketing, communication, and networking skills , to strengthen international partnerships and global outreach.Key Responsibilities Coordinate student presentations in collaboration with SPOCs of each department and senior leadership, under the guidance of thePro Vice Chancellor (International) Promote international opportunities to students and faculty at theBaddi Campus Counsel and assist students individually at the Office of International Affairs Maintain accurate documentation, data records, and submit monthly reports (hard copy and electronic) Maintain and update the OIA office space with relevant brochures and information for students Support planning and execution ofGlobal Week , conferences, and other international events Assist in planning and execution of tasks assigned by the OIA leadership Willingness to travel as requiredRequired Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of theIllume Networkand its organizational framework Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Proficiency inMS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ExcellentEnglish communication skills(written and spoken) Strong organizational, planning, and execution abilitiesPreferred Qualification Prior experience ininternational educationis highly desirableApplication Process Interested candidates may forward theirapplicationto: lovepreet.2401@
