Role Description All positions advertised are for resident of Himachal Pradesh. We have opening in all major towns like Shimla, Solan, Mani, Kullu, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Dharamshala etc.. in Himachal Pradesh. Sucessful candidates are required to recruit, train and manage a team of Insurance Agents. Responsibilities . Recruitment of Insurance Agents . Training partner on product and processes. . Supporting insurance partner in acquiring new customers . Supporting customers in renewing their existing policies. . Supporting customers in smooth claim processing. Qualifications - Graduation must for Branch Manager and above designation. Non-Graduate can apply for Agency Manager position. - Candidates residing in Himachal Pradesh will be eligible for interview. - Candidates should not be more than 45 Years. - upto 1 year experience in sales and marketing desired for Agency Manager position - more than 2 years experience required in Agency Sales in for Dy. Branch Manager and above position. - Existing Life and Health Insurance Agents can apply for Agency Manager position.
