We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to ensure end-to-end quality compliance across skincare and cosmetic manufacturing. The role involves overseeing QA/QC activities, documentation, audits, and quality checks from raw material to finished product across multiple manufacturing sites. Responsibilities:Oversee quality checks for RM, PM, bulk, and finished products for all commercial batches.Approve GRN, RM/PM release, and finished product release.Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory quality standards.Maintain and update QA documentation, batch records, and audit reports.Support internal/external audits and manage quality deviations with CAPA.Monitor packaging material quality and provide QA support during new launches.Travel to manufacturing sites as required. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.4+ years of QA/QC experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry.Strong understanding of formulation, manufacturing processes, machinery, and packaging quality.
