The ideal candidate should have strongExcel proficiency , excellentcommunication skills , and the ability to ensure smooth backend processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain backend operational processes and such as documentation, student support. Able to work on International Leads generated through social media platforms. Counsell the students explain the admission process, and guide the student for the enrolment. Coordinate with the International students for any concerns and issues and resolve their issues. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, admissions, finance, or operations) for data and process alignment.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Experience 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, MIS, or a similar role (Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply)
