Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemistry Faculty specializing in NEET and IIT JEE preparation at IITians CLASSES in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. The responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality Chemistry lectures, focusing on Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry to meet NEET and IIT JEE syllabus requirements. The role also involves developing and modifying curriculum, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, preparing study materials, and continuously monitoring student performance. QualificationsProficiency in Chemistry, with a strong focus on Physical, Organic & Inorganic Chemistry and related areas Competency in curriculum development and the ability to design effective teaching strategies Strong research skills to stay updated with the latest examination trends and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively Prior experience in teaching NEET and/or IIT JEE aspirants is a plus A Master's or Doctorate degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred
