We're seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive who thrives in building relationships, driving sales, and closing deals. You'll be responsible for full-cycle sales, from prospecting and outreach to product demos and successful deal closures. Perks & Benefits Paid in USD every 15th & 30th of the month Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (from Day 1) Flexible holiday observance based on your location 100% remote — work from anywhere Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company in the POS industry What You'll Be Doing  Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:Conduct outreach calls to U.S.-based convenience store owners to introduce our POS solutions.  Networking & Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.  Product Demonstrations: Present and demo our POS product line to potential customers, guiding them from interest to close.  Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate pricing and package options, ensuring win-win agreements.  Sales Quota Achievement: Go the "extra mile" to meet or exceed sales targets.  Pipeline & CRM Management:Keep accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer information to maintain a healthy pipeline. Who You Are 2–3+ years of proven sales experience (lead generation, cold calling, high-ticket closing). Experienced in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. REQUIRED: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken & written). Nice to Have: Fluency in Gujarati, Punjabi, or Urdu. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making. A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
