Company Description We are manufacturers of Ferro Silicon with plants in India and BhutanRole Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a General Manager Sales (Ferro Silicon) targeting UAE, EU and other International markets. The General Manager Sales will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the sales team, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Key tasks include managing and analyzing market trends, maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with other departments, and achieving sales targets.Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in General Management and Team Management Ability to provide excellent Customer Service Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the ferro silicon industry or related sectors is a plus Familiarity with the UAE and EU markets is preferredPRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FERRO SILICON SALES IS MANDATORYSalary - as per Industry Standards
