You will handle walk-in clients, conduct site visits, explain project details, and convert leads into successful bookings. The role demands excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: Attend and assist walk-in clients at the project site with complete property information. Conduct professional site tours and explain project layouts, pricing, and offers clearly. Handle client inquiries received through calls, online leads, and references. Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain client records, payment details, and follow-up updates using CRM or Excel. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent effort and performance. Coordinate with the marketing and telecalling teams for lead generation and scheduling visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. Provide timely updates and feedback to management on market trends and client preferences. Ensure all promotional materials and site displays are updated and presentable. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Proven experience in sales and lead conversion (real estate preferred). Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality. Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Office . Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
