We don't chase /"Blue Links./" We close the gap between a user’s prompt and our client’s solution.**Who You Are:** ***You are a Technical Hunter, not a Plugin-User:** You don't just look at Semrush; you look at server logs. You know when Cloudflare is fighting with ChatGPT’s bots and how to fix it before the crawl fails. ***You Understand the /"Bing-to-GPT/" Pipeline:** You know that ChatGPT uses Bing as its eyes. If a client isn't on the first two pages of Bing, they don't exist to the LLM. You optimize for the ecosystem, not just the Google bubble. ***You Design for the /"Gator/" and the /"Bot/":** You understand that AI features don’t bypass technical SEO—they rely on it. You know how to make content /"extractable/" so an LLM can lift a quote, while still writing copy that converts the human /"Gator/" once they click through. ***You Mine for Intent:** You don’t just target /"keywords./" You mine Reddit, Quora, and industry forums to find the 100+ specific prompts that real humans are actually asking AI.**What You Will Do (The GEO Playbook):** 1.**The Technical Foundation:** You will ensure 100% crawlability for LLMs. You’ll manage `robots.txt`, `llms.txt`, and snippet controls (`nosnippet`, `max-snippet`) to ensure we are feeding the AI exactly what it needs to see. 2.**Prompt Mapping & Tracking:** You will develop a set of ~100 target prompts per client based on /"Raw Data/" from sales teams and forums. You will run these through AI visibility tracking tools to monitor citations and mentions. 3.**The 5 Pillars Audit (SEO Edition):** You will audit client sites to find the weakest pillar—whether it's a lack of **UVP** in the meta-data, a confusing **UX** for the crawler, or **Copy** that is too /"fluffy/" for an LLM to extract. 4.**Bing & Copilot Dominance:** You will treat Bing Webmaster Tools with the same respect as GA4, knowing it is the gateway to the world’s most popular LLM. 5.**Entity & Authority Building:** You will ensure the broader web (Wikipedia, Reddit, Industry Directories) describes our clients consistently so that LLMs recognize them as a /"Trusted Entity./" 6.**Intel Over Rankings:** Even if we aren't the #1 citation yet, you extract the intel. You analyze *why* the LLM chose a competitor and pivot the content strategy accordingly.**Requirements:** ***3+ years in high-level SEO**, with a deep focus on technical architecture. ***Mastery of the 5 Pillars of a Website** (Offer, UVP, Copy, Creative, UX) and how they translate to LLM /"extractability./" ***The /"Bot/" Whisperer:** Proven ability to troubleshoot bot-blocking issues (Cloudflare, firewalls, server errors). ***Structured Data Expert:** You can write and validate JSON-LD in your sleep (Organization, Product, FAQ, etc.). ***Strong Copywriting Skills:** You know how to write a /"Dream Outcome/" headline that an AI wants to quote.**Bonus:** *You have a /"GEO Case Study/" where you moved a client from /"Zero Mentions/" to /"Primary Citation/" in Google AI Overviews or Perplexity. *You know why /"Quick Wins/" in SEO are a myth and why /"llms.txt/" is an experiment, not a strategy.**This position is a full-time remote opportunity with hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.**
