We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can generate quality leads and drive them towards successful deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales/lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other platforms Research and target potential clients in domestic and international markets Initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with decision-makers Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Maintain and update CRM with lead status and sales pipeline Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the marketing and technical team for proposal creationRequired Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / IT Sales / Business Development Strong understanding of B2B sales process Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email marketing tools Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and target-drivenWhat We Offer: Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives Growth Opportunities Supportive Work Environment Alternate Saturday Off (2nd & 4th)
